tschmitt 0 Posted March 19, 2012 By week two I was eating lots of Greek yogurt (no fruit). It's very high in Protein. Instant mashed potatoes, sugar free pudding, and skim milk with nestlé Breakfast drinks. What kind of bariatric Vitamin are you taking? optisource is really good. Citrus flavored. You can get it at Walgreens. Good luck!

tschmitt 0 Posted March 19, 2012 Cottage cheese definatly if you like it. I do not like it at all. It's very hard to get the Protein in. My nutritionist recommended unflavored Protein Powder added to foods or nonfat dry milk added to foods.
ButterflyGirl 4 Posted March 19, 2012 Hi there! I've been eating lentil Soup, I blended tomatoes, garlic and little bit of onion and added it to the lentils, the broth tasted really good. When I began my third week, I blended the lentils and added a little bit of cheese and they taste great! I also made Beans and drank the broth. As far as Vitamins the chewable make me gag so I bought Gummy bears (for adults). Yogurt is awesome and also queso fresco (fresh cheese) it has same Protein as cottage cheese but to me it tastes better. Good luck!
