kimmy*custis 276 Posted March 16, 2012 I had no gas...thank goodness! It will get better daily, hang in there! You will be up and about sooner than you think. Just dont forget to walk, walk, walk! As far as the protein/water thing, it was hard for me to get it in too but I did it, just had to force myself cause I didnt want to end up back in the hospital because I was dehydrated! Best of luck to you!!!

time4menow 13 Posted March 17, 2012 No I haven't tried SF Popsicles. But it will be on the shopping list though since I've heard this mentioned a few times. Its really helpful talking to others who have been so recently sleeved like myself
spadesmcloven 8 Posted March 20, 2012 Is it just me or is it hard to get your liquids in? I am stuffed after three ounces or less. Horrible left shoulder blade gas pain.

D1NOnlySexyLady 70 Posted March 20, 2012 Does the brand of the Popsicle matter, are some better than others. Or the only thing that matters is that they are sugar free
andi0120 41 Posted March 20, 2012 I dont think it matters as long as they are SF
