Bedhead 158 Posted March 16, 2012 I can't believe it but for the first time ever, in my entire life I felt full. I went 1 bite too far and I honest to God thought I was going to die right on the spot. I had the most horrific shoulder and neck pain, I couldn't stop shaking and I was making so much saliva I thought I was going to drown! AND I'M THRILLED!!! It sucked, badly- I still sort of ache from it... But it's something I'll never forget. My sleeve is working! Before I could have eaten 5 times what I ate tonight and never feel satisfied. So my scale may not be budging but now I know without a doubt that my sleeve most definitely works!
Meredit 15 Posted March 16, 2012 I just had this conversation with myself today. I ate a cheese stick felt uncomfortably full and couldn't believe it. I have never felt this way ever!
Ms skinniness 3,003 Posted March 16, 2012 This is interesting, I seldom get a really full feeling. I know I try to under eat my sleeve but sometimes I wish I could eat more. Today, I walked around looking for some kind of food. I will work on this.

The second guy asks the first guy where he is going, and then asks the first guy "where should he get off. " The first guy says to the second guy, "watch me, and get off one stop before" best kathy
kayte819 95 Posted March 16, 2012 This is interesting, I seldom get a really full feeling. I know I try to under eat my sleeve but sometimes I wish I could eat more. Today, I walked around looking for some kind of food. I will work on this. I am just like you!! I thought I was broken! No real "full" feeling. I just eat tiny portions & if I burp, I quit. Bedhead, I've had that feeling too....the shakes, slime, etc!!! It sucks so bad. Mine is if I eat something that doesn't agree with me, but just how you described. This thing is working for you & I know you've had a tough time so YAY for the little victories!!
Vicki0618 123 Posted March 16, 2012 I am sooooo looking forward to this. I don't have a problem telling the difference between head hunger and REAL hunger but I have always felt like I didn't have an off switch....once I started I didn't stop until the food was gone! Well, when I had the band I stopped...but it was usually followed by puking and still feeling hungry!

Capt Derel 287 Posted March 16, 2012 I dont mean to go offtopic but i hit that point a few times on accident. Even in my t tiny 4oz tupperware I still go overboard. But throwing it back up is so quick I think its AWESOME in a wierd waylol. We got those anorexic chics beat by a mile. I have bad gag reflexs so thats what triggers me the most. What gets me is that I used to go out and eat every weekend while I was home and eat everything on my plate. Now since I have been dealing with my new baby stomach I sit there and look at it saying I can eat off this for 3 days. But I do have to admit the restriction is amazing. 1 Dooter reacted to this

christin 54 Posted March 16, 2012 I used to love that feeling of being "full" before surgery. After surgery, I have to pay close attention because one bite too many and it feels like it is in my throat! This sleeve truly is a behavior modification tool. If you push the boundaries, you know it and won't do it again!
Bedhead 158 Posted March 16, 2012 My shoulder and neck are still a little sore today. Holy smokes I will never eat too much again!!
