skinnynaked 7 Posted March 15, 2012 I have been working with Medicalfinance.com for a month now. My surgery is scheduled for next Friday the 23rd and I was called today and notified that the company that was financing my loan closed thier doors. REALLY?? Just like that? The verification process is worse than being approved to by a house. I even got a call from the loan company verifiying information from my husband and I the day before yesterday. What the heck??? former_vbg 198 Posted March 15, 2012 Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry. What are you going to do now?
skinnynaked 7 Posted March 15, 2012 They say that another company is going to pick it up. But, I don't know what to believe at this point and my payment needs to be received by the 20th
LilMissDiva Irene 3,282 Posted March 15, 2012 I'm so sorry you are going through this! That's terrible. Have you tried CareCredit.com? I know I was approved in moments and they are pretty well known, I highly doubt they are close to shutting down shop. Good luck in your future endeavors! Please let us know how everything turns out. goldenraisin214 142 Posted March 15, 2012 I also used carecredit to finance part of my surgery (used the credit union for the rest)--got approved within a few minutes online...hope everything works out!
DanityChai 30 Posted March 15, 2012 I'm not sure what to do. I applied with Cosmeticredit five days ago. Haven't received an email, their phone lines just give a busy signal, they haven't replied to my emails. Their website advertises "instant decisions" and I haven't heard ANYTHING. Very disappointed. RobbieNow 7 Posted March 15, 2012 Stephanie, I used CareCredit for some dental work a few years ago. Yes they approved my application pretty quickly, but I didn't ask them exactly what my monthly payment would be and pretty quickly discovered that no or low interest means a high monthly payment. Also CareCredit is a division of General Electric, so I think it is safe to assume they are pretty stable. Hope that helps some. Robbie
skinnynaked 7 Posted March 15, 2012 I was approved in minutes also, the rest of the process with verifications has been just ridiculous. At this point I feel like I have no choice but to stick it out
