Anyone Tried Bio Oil For Stretch Marks

Recommended Posts

Has anyone used bio oil or any other products for stretch marks or scars?

It doesn't work. I got some bio oil from a conference I attended and decided to use it as recommended. Nothing. . . .so now I just use the rest that is left over for dry skin, which doesn't work all that well either. . . sorry. . . I'm just really glad it was free, but just because it didn't work for me, doesn't mean it won't work for you. . . good luck

My granddaughter has used it since the dat she found out she was pregnant. It has prevented stretch marks. As far as getting rid of ones that are already there, I am not sure if anything can do that!

what i am using, which have helped before with my stomach marks is a mixture of pure virgin olive oil with 100% pure and real Shea butter.. The Shea butter you can get at any beauty store it comes in a small 4oz tube and its clumpy, very solid dark gry in color n it smells good!.. just use any bottle n put the butter in the bottle n add as much olive oil to get a smooth consistancy, doenst matter if there are clumps u can just spread it over it.. stays in the whole. From the times i have used it in the past it has tremendously fade my stretch marks, you can only see them if u are literally bending unto my stomach...other than that i just started using it 6 days op .

My co-worker also used 100% shea butter and you can barely see her surgery scars so I think that's the direction I will go in. Thanks everyone for your responses.

Very helpful!

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.

Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
