Xoxojanexoxo 9 Posted March 14, 2012 I haven't been on this site in awhile and I'm happy that I have came back to it. On April 5th it will be one year since I have had my surgery. Coming up to my sleeve "anniversary" so much has changed in my life. In just shy of a year I have lost 135 pounds and am happier then I could have ever imagined. Whenever anyone asks me o are you happy with what you did I tell them with out hesitation yes I am. I feel great I can do things I never thought I could do I can run not have to worry about not being able to fit in a small space these are just some examples. The best feeling in the world was when being out with my friends one of my friends picked me up and carried me and in the same night two of them saying "sit in the middle your the smallest of us all " never have I thought I would be the small one or the one being carried. Hurt from my personal experience I am so happy with my decision I made if I had to do it again I would with out a doubt. Once and awhile I still feel like I am in the same body sometimes it is hard to realize I have physically changed so much but other times I see myself and get overwhelmed with how different I am and how happy I am with myself!!!
