AngieG0410 52 Posted March 13, 2012 I found a great way to do the Protein shake.. Mix a sugar free carnation instant Breakfast chocolate packet (5g) with 1 scoop powders? utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury unflavored Protein powder (20g) and 1.5 cups skim milk (13g) = 38g protein. It tastes like chocolate milk. Very good!! You could use 1 cup of milk for 8g which would lower it to 33g protein, but I wanted it a little thinner. 3 CHELL, 2bfit and HOPEFORDABESTMRSM reacted to this
