I know I will have a tough time so I have started 90 days out, replacing one meal with a Protein shake...then as time goes on, I will add to that until I am at a full liquid stage by two weeks out. cissiesue 119 Posted March 13, 2012 Thank you! I'll let you know how it goes!! I'm hoping by doing this, I will not only prepare myself better, but to lose a few more pounds as well. I have like 130 to lose so I'd like to be rid if twenty before I go in for surgery, lowering my bmi, and improving my chances for a successful surgery! I started using the "my fitness pal" app on my phone, and it is wonderful for keeping me accountable for the calories ( carbs, fat etc) I eat, and had given me a goal of 1350 Cal daily.
