Well, I'm not walking daily yet, but trying to get in the habit. I try to do a mile on the treadmill when i'm at the gym. And as far as diet, i'm just following the progression my surgeon recommended. I'm on blender foods right now, and I usually get in about 600 calories, and as much Protein as I can but still only get about 40 grams on a good day. That's about it.

Thanks! Well I knew from experience that when the plateau hits, measurements are all you have to keep you encouraged.
