Hello Everyone,

I am so glad I found this site! I will be starting a milk diet for 2 to 3 weeks and was told I could only have skim milk and Water. I can add Protein Powder to the milk, but that's it. I am really nervous about this. I don't drink milk at all, so they suggested I try Soy milk instead. I asked if I could use slim fast because I have used them before, but they said, No that won't work." I'm really worried about succeeding with this diet. Any advice?

Have you heard about The Atkins shakes? It's like slimfast but I do like the taste a bit better, I love milk so these replacement products don't really work for me, also unsweetened almond milk is great
