lizzyshade 56 Posted March 12, 2012 Hello Everyone, I am so glad I found this site! I will be starting a milk diet for 2 to 3 weeks and was told I could only have skim milk and Water. I can add Protein Powder to the milk, but that's it. I am really nervous about this. I don't drink milk at all, so they suggested I try Soy milk instead. I asked if I could use slim fast because I have used them before, but they said, No that won't work." I'm really worried about succeeding with this diet. Any advice? adrimc26 7 Posted March 13, 2012 Have you heard about The Atkins shakes? It's like slimfast but I do like the taste a bit better, I love milk so these replacement products don't really work for me, also unsweetened almond milk is great Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
