I had mashed potatoes today :-) it went good! I'm 3 weeks post op and I can't get much liquids down so I thought really runny mashed potatoes might be ok on my full liquid diet and it did go well. It was so nice to have real flavor for the first time in 3 weeks!

I had mashed potatoes too at about 4 weeks out. They taste MUCH better than my pre op days! Wonder why?
