feedyoureye 3,087 Posted March 11, 2012 This morning: 3/4 cup Kashi go lean 1/2 cup 1% milk mixed with 1 scoop plain whey powder 1/2 chopped banana a little stevia and maple extract. good with some walnuts if you have the calories available. also plain greek yog with fruit flavored Protein Powder and a tablespoon of rolled oats (uncooked) is really good. Indymom 132 Posted March 12, 2012 I generally make a breakfast scramble of canadian bacon or turkey sausage, southwestern egg beaters, sliced mushroom, diced Tomato, and 2% shredded cheddar cheese. illgeturhairdid 176 Posted March 12, 2012 I've been doing smoothies. I know not a hot food. I freeze fresh fruit over night, measured out in 1/2 cup portions. 1 contain of plain greek yogurt, 1 splenda, and then enough orange or apple juice to get it moving. It's got a lot of Protein, and it helps me get in one of my fruit servings- which have made a HUGE difference in how much energy I have for the day. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
