Yeah you can do it! The SWF wasn't bad to me, it takes me while ot drink the quart but I get it down. I mad some better lemon cleanse drink today and I drunk the whole thing!!

hello,how's it going it's day 4 now, I've lost 4 pounds. I had a rough time on day 2, and day 3 was a breeze, I even cooked for the family without eating any. How are you doing?

Well I stopped on Thursday. My stomach was starting to hurt badly and the amusement park thing was Friday. Even though I was not on it for a long time and did not follow the rules to the letter, I manage to lose 7 lbs (the first 4 were Water weight). I haven't weighed myself in the last two days because I know I have going overboard with the food this weekend.

Well there's always next time around. Today is day 5, I never knew how food is such a major part of our life. When I'm driving to work Doritos truck in front of me. Part of m yjob requires me to enter the mall, and I enter the food court area, It seemed like every mall or place I went to had a Panda Express.LOL. I'm scheduled for a fill this Tuesday, and I'm hoping this one will get to my sweet spot. I'm down 6 and 1/2 pounds today.
