frodobaggins 13 Posted March 8, 2012 Sleeved on February 24 and had loose bowels. Had some fish last Saturday and had a liquified bowel movement and nothing since. I have even eaten two cans of spinach. Is it possible my colon is still asleep from the anesthesia? Started at 290 now at 257. But I do not feel constipated just nothing passing through that way. IowaAndy 95 Posted March 8, 2012 Not much in and not much out. I did however start adding benefiber to my morning shake to help things along. I did have some Constipation as I do not think that I was getting enough Fiber. As you increase your regular food you will start to have more regular bowel movements. Keep track of when you had the last movement and make sure that is it not too long before the next one. I also have certain foods that seem to want to pass through me faster than others. Guess that is something you need to take note of. I would recommend you taking some extra fiber as this will help to keep you more regular.
Dooter 1,457 Posted March 8, 2012 I have a little Mott's For Tot's (low sugar) apple juice in the morning. Seems to keep things....going....
