kayte819 95 Posted March 7, 2012 Before surgery I was a candy JUNKIE. I would frequently not eat all day then eat an ENTIRE bag (like most by for Halloween) in one sitting. Gross, right?! So I saw a post on here from someone who said they ate one lindt truffle every night & I thought to myself "what a great idea!" So my husband bought some & I couldn't wait to have one. My plan was to have one a couple hours after my dinner. So, I ate a pretty standard snack of strawberries & when we were getting in bed my husband asked if I'd enjoyed my treat. And HOLY S@*#BALLS!! I'd FORGOTTEN to eat it!!! Jazz shocked! So I decided to enjoy it the next night & I FORGOT AGAIN!!!!! This would have been unheard of 6 weeks ago...I would have looked forward to eating the whole bag all day. Unbelievable! Yaaaaaay!!

CAsleeve 56 Posted March 7, 2012 Very cool! I, however, have not lost my love of chocolate. However, I have lost the desire to eat it until gone. One, maybe two small pieces are now just fine (where before, it would be many many pieces). Good going!

TheSkinnyCow73 72 Posted March 20, 2012 I too am a sweet junkie... hubby and I had blizzards every other night before surgery! My stepdaughter had her 10th birthday and wanted an ice cream cake... omg! it was soooo good (the tiny sliver I ate) but boy did I pay for it! I got cold sweats and my tummy started doing flips.... so no ice cream for me anymore cuz that was miserable! I LOVE MY SLEEVE!!!
