kaylee1228 0 Posted March 7, 2012 I had the sleeve done on Feb 23,2012. I'm looking for any suggestions on do's and dont's. I can eat yogurt and cottage cheese now and mashed potatoes. I'm trying to eat 90 grams of Protein a day. I've tried the EAS Protein Drinks and they are good. What Protein Shakes do you guys like? I'm very excited to hear from you guys !
