I was tired of never knowing what to fix, so tonight we went to the store and he got a frozen pizza and I got a south beach entree. 300cal and 32g of protien. It was the perfect amount of food and had no rice or Pasta or potatoes, just yummy moist chicken and veggies. And we were both happy with dinner :)

I love the SBD savory beef and broccoli with cheese one! :) I just got a different kind (the peanut chicken thing) and haven't tried it yet. I also like the WW smart ones chicken/veggie alfredo (no Pasta, just alfredo sauce)...and the Lean Cuisine cheesy chicken or honey dijon chicken.

I love convenience foods! :P We got a list from our nutritionist with all the high Protein, no pasta/rice meals...now if I can just find it! haha!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
