Wiggly Bits..lol

ok so i work out 5-6 days a week.. and i started bootcamp training and i will be starting kick boxing next month.. I am seriously worried about all my wiggly bits.. lol.. i am hoping to keep some of my tightness by replacing lost fat with muscle, but for the ladies has any of the non stop exercising actually helped?

I want to get a better idea of my realistic expectations.
