Today is the first day of my blended/pureed/baby food diet. The more things I can add to my diet the more overwhelmed I become. I really want to be fully commited to a lifestyle change but change super hard for me. If anyone has any tip, advice or clever blended recipies. I would greatly appreciate it...ty :)

Good for you!! I was warned by my Nutritionalist that baby food (the fruit) is very hight in sugar. Just my 2 cents. Enjoy!! I started pureed yesterday!! :)

Lol I actually am not eating gerber food that's just what I have personally coined the diet so I don't have explain myself to non WLS people.
