pasquini 369 Posted March 5, 2012 Yeah, i still dint eat breads really, mostly because i dint want to waste the space. It is so har to break the habit of, using splenda, low cal this and that. JackieOMonroe 123 Posted March 5, 2012 You're a fox and your family is beautiful! I maintain by not denying reasonable cravings, but I eat a very controlled amount. I also count up my calories at the end of the day and if I'm very short of my calorie goal range (which I'm usually not), I eat something calorie dense but healthy like a Clif Builder bar. I hope I have to add some calories to maintain, but since my weight loss has almost ground to a halt already, I doubt it will be an issue for me.
