kayte819 95 Posted March 2, 2012 So I really,realllly hate Protein shakes...I can barely choke them down. The Protein Bars are so thick even with tiny bites they sit like a lump in my throat. Today I found these nature valley Protein Bars & while they only have 1/2 of the Protein as the pure protein (10 vs. 20) they are delicious! And easier to eat! They are peanuts & almonds set in dark chocolate. 6 grams of sugar. I would gladly eat 2 of these over the course of a day than 1 of the others! Yay!
