Joiebean 53 Posted February 28, 2012 Per the doctors orders, since I've lost over 10% of my body mass, am sleeping well and continuing to lose weight, the doctor has officially taken me off the CPAP machine!!!! Joiebean 53 Posted February 28, 2012 For some reason, this nvs is hitting me more than any other one. When I started this whole journey, the doc said that since I had minor sleep apnea, it would probably go away with weight loss....and it was totally confirmed today. I DID IT!!! God i want to cry happy tears!!

Melly 0 Posted February 28, 2012 CONGRATS! I can't wait to get rid of my cpap machine. It should be soon since it was mild for me as well. I keep asking my husband if I snored the night before just to get an idea. What are you going to do with your cpap machine?
LoserMama 37 Posted February 28, 2012 That is sooooo awesome. Congratulations. You ROCK girl. I think I will have to do a sleep study of some variety to confirm because my apnea was severe, butr when I can stop I am so looking forward to that, and maybe being able to sleep on a plane without fear of disturbing others, though that may take more work as I'm told part of why I snore/have apnea is because of a severely deviated septum. Anyway, I tOTALLY get what a NSV that is. Woohoo!!
