DcMak72 34 Posted February 26, 2012 I have completed my 6 month medical supervised diet. I go for my psych evaluation this Tuesday.... Is there anything i should know going into this? upwardfocusedgirl 33 Posted February 27, 2012 I was wondering the same thing going into my psych eval. Really, what they're looking for is that you have the mental capacity to understand that you're having surgery and you'll need to make life style changes because of it. They also like to see that you have a good support system of family and friends. Mine was a pretty simple, pleasant conversation. I told her the medical and non medical reasons I was considering surgery and talked a little about my family. I was approved and had my surgery a month ago today! DcMak72 34 Posted February 29, 2012 Ok went for my Psych Evaluation this morning.... Ok from what I gather thhey just want to make sure your stable... mentally. I talked to my psychologist for about 35 min. Then took a (basically) True or False test. With 250 questions!!!! I think they only ha about 10 questions they asked 25 different ways. But all in all wasn't that bad at all. Now I just have to wait on the results to be sent back to my Doc. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
