stephers 0 Posted May 9, 2012 Went for my 6 wk post op this morning. Mentioned to Dr that I vomited (first time since surgery). I had said that the Vitamins make me nauseated and she said I can do the chewable Centrum, or Flintstones. So I went to Walmart and got me some Flintstones since I've never had any problems with them in the past.

NoMoreFadDiets 2 Posted May 15, 2012 Well...looking back and being 9 months post op, I am realizing I could have taken pill form Vitamins all along and saved myself a lot of $$. liquid vitamins are not tasty. I actually take them with my food or right after with enough Water to wet my whistle. Lol They are all best with food especially the Calcium and Vitamin d3. Unless you are taking 1000 mcg B12 sublingual daily, B12 is just 2-3 times a week if using the 2500 tab. The liquid vitamins made me super nauseated. Only the calcium makes me slightly nauseous at times. I take all tablets and it doesn't seem to "fill" my stomach.
