provenzee 262 Posted July 20, 2016 I have always thought I have been able to eat much more than others. I see people on here talking about how they get full from a few bites...and I'm just like, ugh. Sometimes I wish I could eat less, but when I start thinking like that I tell myself that what I am eating now is far less than what I would've eaten before surgery. I do get full...just not as quickly as others. I also am able to drink an entire bottle of Water in ten minutes like it's nothing. It really hasn't been detrimental to my weight loss though. I have still lost 87lbs in five months, so I cant complain. For lunch sometimes i'll eat a whole can of tuna. I'll take it, drain it, mix in 1tbsp of may, and 1/2 an ounce of cheese and eat it. I'll be full after, but not throwing up or anything. I can eat 1.5 slices of pizza, and I have eaten about 6 wings and some fries in a single sitting before. I also ate an entire mcdonalds double cheeseburger in like 10 minutes, and a six inch sub from subway fills me up perfectly. I usually weigh my food, and I can feel the "fullness" at around 6 ounces. was told it would be more like 3-4 ounces. But compared to 64ounces or more like before the surgery it is okay. Just make the most of it! Make healthy choices and you'll be fine
Pea523 28 Posted July 20, 2016 (edited) I can eat hot dog with a 3rd of the bun removed in less than minutes when I am really hungry. I can eat a Ny slice of pizza as well. Today I had a Protein Shake, 7 tortilla chips with cheese, a hot dog and a wing and some wine. I don't always eat this way, but I must also add that I have worked out for 1.5 hours. I also reached my dr's goal in 7 months, but I want to lose 20 more lbs. Edited July 20, 2016 by Pea523

You will feel your sleeve at some point.
