JDHenin 165 Posted February 25, 2012 Saw this on Dr. Oz today, so I haven't tried it yet. All it is, is one box of chocolate cake mix, 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt and 1 cup of Water. No eggs or oil! Bake at 350. They didn't say how long. I would start checking a little before the recommended time on the box. Indymom 132 Posted March 5, 2012 Reminds me of the weight watchers cake - box cake mix and a can of diet soda - always turned out pretty good and moist too. I also like making the angel food cake mix with a can of crushed pineapple - tastes like pineapple upside down cake. If cake is a trigger food for you, though, I'd still recommend making small portions (like mini-muffin or regular cupcake size) to avoid overindulging - you'll still be getting a fair amount of carbs from the cake mix even without adding the extra fat from the eggs/oil. 1 4ALongerLife reacted to this Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
