I try to go everyday it just even if I am on treadmill 25 min it makes me feel good..And I have Protein Shakes recovery shake from the gym they sell @ Walmart 52 grams in one shake I started 2 weeks after surgery walking thats all I could do I was so out of shape Icouldnt breath now I am running .
