I use salad dressing: ranch, vidalia onion, and italian are my current favorites. I either cook the food in the dressing or use it as a dip. Egg Face has a ton of recipes for dips made from greek yogurt and other liquids if you like different flavors. I'm still working on the flavor/spice thing as far as my tastes go, so dressing works well for me. I adore cocktail sauce these days, too! :)

For something simple and quick, I add a few tablespoons of Soup to a little canned chicken or turkey. I like the Tomato basil bisque from costco. The meat doesn't cause upset so much, it is just dry and feels like it is just sitting there in my sleeve. Blah.

Good idea! Yea,I hate that feeling like the meat is just sitting there. I get wayyyy too full wayyyy too fast also when the meat isn't moist enough. Like after 1 or 2 baby bites I can't stomach anymore.

I make chicken or tuna salad with light miracle whip or light ranch dressing.I usually cook beef, pork and venizon in a crock pot and have it with gravy. I make ground beef with gravy. I make tartar sauce with low cal miracle whip for fish, or I use tartar sauce on fish or seafood.

Something that I do now, pre-sleeved, is make meat in my crock pot. It allows it to get soft and it falls apart nicely. :)

See the tagine thread in the Recipe Sharing section. I bought one for $20 from World Market like Chef Neil suggested. It makes the meat very tender. There are recipes and suggestions on the thread. It is one of the best investments I've made in a while...Kathe
