Tuna Melt On Wasa

I have not been released for bread yet, although I don't really miss it, but docotr appt. this Thursday, so maybe then. But I was craving a tuna melt, so I took 2 WASA crackers, Starkist sandwich ready albacore, and a slice of muenster cheese, and did two crackers and put them in the toaster oven broiler for a minute and VOILA! They were so good. Who needs bread anyway! LOL!

Yum-o, sounds good to me! I bought some Bimbo Toasted bread, double Fiber and it is good too! It is super crunchy, I take one hard boiled egg, chop it up with a bit of low fat mayo and horseradish mustard and that is my lunch. They have another toasted bread to but I havent tried it yet but this one is good, give it a try.
