here i go to the airport to San Diego and tomorrow off to jerusalem hospital for my vsg! wish me luck not very nervous thank god!

You will do fine! It can be a little weird or scary to go there if you've never been to Mexico or TJ. However, the van drivers are always with you and the hospital is clean and well-run. You will of course meet the others going with you in the morning at the airport before leaving. I actually made a few good friends that day! Friends I will talk to for a long time, I'm sure. I wish you all of the best and success! :-)
