Kristin 34 Posted February 21, 2012 I am three months out...I am just wondering about how many carbs you have each day? I have been trying to stay at or below the recommended 25 carbs per day, but I haved added a little more as of lately and it seems the pounds are dropping off faster now. Anyone had the same thing happen?

MoonSiren 48 Posted February 21, 2012 Wow I probably eat 100 carbs a day and am still losing weight. Maybe I should knock back half that to lose even more.

fluffylibra30 323 Posted February 21, 2012 My dietician said no to go over 100 carbs a day. i stay around 60-70, when i was at 40 carbs i could barely make it through my hour workouts. I only eat complex carbs. Whole grains, fruits, veggies, nuts. Inless it is "cheatin Sunday" i dont eat white flour, anything with corn Syrup, white sugar and try to stay away from artifical sweetners. Im trying really hard to do more natural and get rid of everything artifical in my diet. 2 Jswilbur and Caradina reacted to this
Rainydayz 27 Posted February 22, 2012 I stay around 50 most days. Some days less, some days more, but that's the average. My nut is not worried about carbs, but I feel I do better when I keep them under 100. Oh yeah, I don't do any artificial sweeteners either. I hate the taste for one thing, but I feel like the real thing in small amounts is healthier.
wishes 125 Posted February 22, 2012 Yeah, I am the same way. If I keep my carbs too low, I stall out for a bit. If I keep them 30g to 40g everything is pretty smooth. Everyone's body is different.
