I keep meaning to post this and I forget. Biotene is a spray that will keep your mouth moist. It isn't going to be easily swalloed - it coats rather than runs. It will help when your mouth is dry and you can't drink. That includes before surgery and the barium drink, when you can't have liquids.< /p>
