MiaHalliwell 4 Posted August 2, 2006 From last wednesdays weigh in I am down 1 lb. 185 lbs is what the scale reads this morning. My BMI is now 33.8. I have started cheerleading this week. My girls practice 3 days a week and I am doing all the cheers and moves with them. Plus I will be teaching them a competition routine that I have to finish making up. I am sweating like crazy when I work on it, so I know that I am moving well. Last cheer season (august 1- October 15th) I lost 9 lbs with no change to my bad eating habits.
