PdxMan 4,292 Posted February 16, 2012 I use myfitnesspal as well. So far, there hasn't been a single food missing from their database that I have searched for. Brand name stuff I would expect. But they have the entire Trader Joes catalog and specialty cheeses from Tillamook and ... it's amazing.
LoserMama 37 Posted February 16, 2012 myfitnesspal, pdxman is right ,because users can enter data for items, the stuff is almost always there. I am LoserMama73 on there!
Escape_Pod 358 Posted February 16, 2012 I love MyFitnessPal too. But you should also note that it's VERY common to stall in your weight loss at right around 3 weeks post-op. Try a search on "3 week stall", and you'll find a bazillion posts from people in the exact same situation. Don't panic, the weight loss will start up again! JayhawkJess33 25 Posted February 17, 2012 I agree! I use Myfitnesspal and love it! VERY user friendly and could not be easier to input everything. I definitely recommend it! I used to write everything down in my past dieting endeavors and never lasted very long doing it. Myfitnesspal is so easy, I hardly even think about entering my food in and it doesn't seem like a chore at all.

carbgrl 119 Posted February 18, 2012 I use Calorie Counter. It's an android phone app. I love it because I can use my phone to scan bar codes into my food diary. It also has a weight tracker. I love seeing the line on the graph going down, down, down!!!!
AndreaP 0 Posted February 18, 2012 I use My Fitness Pal on my computer and my iPhone. My favorite feature with the phone is being able to enter foods into my diary by scanning the bar code with the phone. It makes it so easy!!!
