Back Fat!

Hey y'all! I am not sure what has come over me but I am loving my gym time! I cant stand my back. The rolls must go. I travel so I am looking for some exercises I can work into my nightly situp/pushup routine.

for the back supermans are great..... lay on the ground on your tummy.. and lift opposing limbs meaning left arm right leg... and switch. when you lift hold for approx 3 sec before switching.. do 3 sets of 8 reps on each side.
