I haven't jogged in years (not since I was over 200 lbs.) and even though I'm teetering on the edge of 200 right now it was not bad at all. I love the podcasts. The music is pretty good and the verbal cues sure beat watching a timer or stopwatch. I plan run a 5K in April. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
