LCS 21 Posted February 15, 2012 I sure am glad that Valentine's Day is over. I really messed up. First of all, my grandchildren came home to show me all of their valentines. Well, it seems that a card given by itself is passe, and now candy is always included with every card. Between my 2 grandchildren, it was as bad as Halloween. Then, my son-in-law came home with roses and a few boxes of candy. My husband cooked a special dinner that was oh so fattening! Oh, no! I went berserk! I hope that its out of my system. Next time I'm telling Cupid to skip my address and leave me alone.
FishingNurse 1,211 Posted February 15, 2012 Relax! Sometimes you need a few days of high cal and hat fat foods to mix things up! Its over and you can get back to normal now!! :-) I also had crab legs dipped in butter and steak and garlic mashed potatoes with cream....lol 1 Liliana Arleen reacted to this

LilMissDiva Irene 3,282 Posted February 15, 2012 Every day we wake up is a new opportunity to try it again. Best thing to do is to not beat yourself up... so you enjoyed your Valentines Day with your grandbabies and hubby... it's ok! Just make today a much better day! 1 Vance_ reacted to this
IowaAndy 95 Posted February 15, 2012 Not to worry.....this was only one day and remember you did not gain the weight that got you to your highest point in one day. Forget about it and do not dwell but get yourself back on track and begin again. You are in control and we all need to splurge a little every now and then. Just do not make it a habit. Best of luck and Ill bet you will still lose on the scale in the next week.
