Hello! I just had Sleeving on Feb 8th. I was as well prepared going into surgery as I thought i could be, however, it was a rude awakening. The fatigue was crippling and at a point where those fluids had to get in. Somehow I made it past the worst of the days and seem to be getting better each day.

I am also new to the site and am unsure how to add information about myself, such at the weight trackers at the bottom of each signatiure page. Any pointer would be great!

After cursing myself for doing this a few days, I am now a bit more euphoric and am waiting for when I can have something other than Water, juice, broth and Jello. BLAH!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive). For straight protein look at Bulksuppliments.com ..they have really good whey proteins and offer auto ship plus they test for purity. No taste or smell...

        Fairlife has strawberry, vanilla and of course chocolate. No more calories than other protein drinks. Stay away from Premiere, they're dealing with lawsuits due to not being honest about protein content.
