MoonSiren 48 Posted February 13, 2012 Wow! I went swimming at the gym the other day and weighed myself in my swimsuit. The scale said 252 but my swimsuit has a heavy skirt on the bottom that covers everything and I have metal rings on the straps. I think this means I'm 250, 50 lbs lighter than when I started the surgery process. I feel so much better and can fit in size 14 tops and size 18 bottoms. I'm a pear shape so my top and bottom were always different sizes. YAY I feel so happy! 6 mocha, PEvette, vsgm and 3 others reacted to this

MoonSiren 48 Posted February 15, 2012 That's great, Missileer. My BMI is 34 and I'm obese now instead of morbidly obese. :purplebananna:
Missileer 3 Posted February 15, 2012 Me too. At 300, I'm a 39.4 BMI compared to a 44.6. It's going great so far, with the exception of horrible heart burn. I'm hoping they change the meds cause the prilosec ain't cutting it.
