SleeveDreamer 383 Posted February 5, 2012 There should be something on there. Is there a certain thing you're having trouble with? I finally figured most of it out and use it all the time.

SleeveDreamer 383 Posted February 6, 2012 Just go in and set up a login and " more"a and go to "edit profile". Set up your info in there. That's where you can put your daily calorie limits, etc. Then there is also a screen for you to record our weight. Then your diary is your daily input for food and calories. You go to I think it says "my diary" on the bottom bar. Then is will show the date and day and your calorie limit you set up on the profile pages. Then on the top right it says "add oto diary" and that's where you input what you are eating each day. Click. "add to diary" and click on "breakfast" and then put in what you ate. For example, I had a poached egg, so input egg poached and it will bring up some egg items. Select one and then it will go to a serving page. Serving size 1, and if you ate the whole thing, input 1 for under that. If you only eat half of it, enter .5 in the space below that) a little number panel will come up that has a decimal) and it will automatically calcualte the right amount of calories. You would be surprised how many brand names there are. I use tons of Trader Joe's stuff, and so far it has all been in there. if there is something you make yourself, or it doesn't come up for some reason, then there is a blue bar near the bottom that ou can set up that particular food and calories yourself. It is really easy to get the hang of pretty quickly and it is fun. Look at some of the stuff in our pantry and play with it, by putting the exact name in. You can always edit or delete any entry in our diary. Hope this helps! It is a lifesaver!
