TheRealMeIsHere! 863 Posted February 5, 2012 Does anyone know of a website that lists the Protein grams in most foods? This would be very helpful once I am on the puree phase. I am having trouble getting my 60-70gm/day since I only consume small amounts. I want to be able to choose the most protein dense foods possible.

Beyon Sleeve 57 Posted February 5, 2012 If you have a smartphone, download the app "my fitness pal". It's free and you can see the Protein, carbs, calories, sugars, etc. in foods you enter or scan ( your camera acts as a scanner on bar codes! It's so cool). Plus, you can track your weight, measurements, exercise, and food journal. It's been a life saver for me to determine if I've have enough protein. You can also access it at www.myfitnesspal.com . 1 Charlotte reacted to this
SleeveDreamer 383 Posted February 5, 2012 Refried Beans and pureed black Beans (or black bean soup); also pureed lentil Soup or pureed Campbells Bean with Bacon is really good. Cottage cheese is a great source of Protein for the stage you are in. I also heard that pureed Wendy's chili is great, although I never tried it cuz no Wendy's around here.
