SleeveDreamer 383 Posted February 2, 2012 Also try some GasX chewables. You don't have to swallow them and it's worth a try. They are cherry creme flavor. Good luck!

SleeveDreamer 383 Posted February 2, 2012 Yes the strips work good and fast too, but I am not into the minty flavor of those!

rahnava 30 Posted February 2, 2012 I was sleeved on Monday too and my biggest issue is acid reflux. I cannot sleep with one pillow and it is waking me up all night. Dr Garcia gave me plenty of meds and they are working but the acid is making me miserable. I'm going to try to go out today.
chigga77 21 Posted February 5, 2012 (edited) Yes finally the gas has subsided. I have been walking and walking and walking. I am still tender but i feel alot better. Being that I am diabetic I get nervous when I do not eat, but my sugar has been normal. So the Protein Shakes was replaced with the gluceria shakes and I am surprised I am able to tolerate it. But it helps keeps your blood sugar level. Although I do feel week if I walk a long periods of time, I am starting to like my sleeve.
