Congrats!! Welcome to the group!! Right now, Water is more important. You don't want to get dehydrated. You will want to get your Protein in as it will help heal your body, but many of us during the first week had a difficult time getting it down. Do what you can, but make sure you stay hydrated. Congrats, again!!

You really need to be trying to get in the Water. Protein can wait, but lack of Water will put you back in the hospital QUICK! Dehydration can also impede healting of your sleeve. Try to get up to the 64 oz goal for water, although it will probably be a few days before you can hit that goal. Work on the Protein along with the water...and Protein shakes CAN be counted as liquids also until you are back on regular food.
