Okay, so today i had about 60 oz of Water, 60 grams of Protein, all my Vitamins and I walked for about 20 minutes. Am I doing too much too fast? I feel kind of bloated after I took the last of my (disgusting) Calcium. So...am I harming myself in any way? I only had my surgery on 1/23 and it seems like maybe I got in too much? And I blame the bloated feeling on mixing unflavored Protein Powder (Unjury) into my chicken broth. It made it thicker and therefore, it stuck more? What do y'all think?

I'm amazed that you got that much in you. Be careful about that bloated feeling. This early, your tummy is still numb and may not give you signals if you actually overfill it...or at least not signals you'll recognize. You're probably right about the thicker Soup not going through as easily. It's great that you can get your Water in and that you're working so hard on teh Protein, though.

You'll get more restriction as soon as you get to mushies, though. So, don't worry too hard about being able to get "so much" in right now. :)

I figured as much but I thought I get it out to the community at large.

I love drinking Water so I've just been taking your advice, Lissa and sipping all day. I basically use my 20 oz bottle and try to drink two of them a day. And then I drink one bottle of Isopure Zero (Alpine Punch, the only one I can stomach)...and of course, my Vitamins and such. That's been my whole consumption since I got home from surgery. Because I was feeling pretty good, I decided to try something different...hence, the bloated feeling. I really haven't had any SF ice pops because I haven't felt like it. When I have (twice thus far), I can't finish the whole thing. Thanks for the reassurance!
