Mrs.Prisses 51 Posted January 30, 2012 Oh yea. GOOD carbs and foods high in Protein and nutrients will do that to you! Its funny because being heavy, its hard to tell the effect that healthy foods have on you. But, having cut down portion size so drastically, you will feel every bit of energy your meals provide. That's why we must choose to eat healthy foods. The protein is important too...but why must they make it so ICKY tasting 1 pussnboots reacted to this
Mike0604 5 Posted January 30, 2012 Mrs. Try the premmier protien tastes like chocolate milk but not too thick. Each serving contains 30grams of protien with only 5g of carbs and even less fat for a total Amy of only 160 calories. Also they are cheap compared to similar products. You can get them at SAMs or costco.< /p> 1 Shells reacted to this

Shells 40 Posted January 31, 2012 I'm 5 days post op and struggling to get liquids in but I'm managing. LOVE the premier chocolate shakes <3 11 ounces of heaven for me since all I have is h2o, sf Jello, broth and strained cream Soup. I do make sure to have one a day from now on.
