SecretStarr82 4 Posted January 27, 2012 Im still on the full liquids stage and the thought of drinking a Protein Shake is making me squirm! I need something different! I have no proplem drinking crystal light and Powerade zero but Protein Shakes are not appealing anymore... I have my 2 week appt on Monday and will be able to start mushy foods then but this weekend is gonna such if I dont find another solution fast! kcsmicah 51 Posted January 27, 2012 Have you tried mixing one of the Protein Shots with your crystal light? I found a liquid whey Protein shot at Walmart which has 42gr of protein in a 3 ounce shot. I take half the shot with a 16.9 ounce bottle of Water with my favorite crystal light mixed in. My fave shot is the watermelon. It goes great with lemonade crystal light or with plain water. I hated them for a while too, so I went to the market and found some sugar free Torani syrups. I got caramel and added it to my chocolate....delicious! Raspberry was tasty too!
