Overly Full On Phase 2 Foods. How Do You Get Your Protein?

I have wondered this too. I'm 5 1/2 weeks out, and I drink 2-3 Protein drinks a day, plus I add unflavored Protein to things. My nutritionist and doctor said that I need to expect that I'll be getting the bulk of my protein from supplements for the first 6 months. I aim for 100g per day but usually end up with 85-90. (Dr. said to get between 70-100, and that patients who get closer to 100 tend to have better overall weight loss and fewer side effects, like less hair loss.)

I can't for the life of me figure out how I will ever be able to eat enough protein when I am on ful foods. I just can eat such small amounts. Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are good sources that I like, so I'll keep them in my repretoire.

Protein Shakes in the morning that was 25 grams. Then some meat roll up (turkey/cheese roll up), Protein Shake in the afternoon or Protein Bar (they tasted like a chocolate bar and I cut into tiny little pieces) and that was my afternoon snack and Protein ice cream after dinner. Sometimes I would eat a scoop of Peanut Butter just to get in the protein at night..lol

      Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
      1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

      I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
