dominique 34 Posted January 26, 2012 MeginNoLA and Lissa, Thanks for pointing out watching for the absence of hunger rather than feeling full. I had not figured that out. At 5 1/2 weeks I'm still figuring out what my sleeve can handle and how much. I keep Protein at around 3 ozs and then whatever else I can handle (veggies or low carb starch). My daughter makes fun of my saving little containers of only 3 bites, but I can't take one more bite! Besides, 3 bites is a lot for me! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
