Hello ALL, I'm new to the AA Sleevers forum & I just wanted to say HELLO!! Been lurking around for a while & finally finished the 6 month physician supervised nutritution program. I learned so much more than I knew already about Portion Control. But this time when I lose the weight I will be able to keep it off, never to return again because I will follow my doctors' guidelines. I am scheduled for surgery Feb 16th & I am soo excited. I've read the good & the bad on the main forum or should I say the positive & the negative & I know I'm READY!! Goodluck to everyone on this journey!!
