How Do You Move Past The 6 Month Stall?

I hit 6 months and just stopped losing weight. I haven't lost in 4 weeks and am starting to become frustrated and concerned. Anyone else experience this? How do you move past it? I have considered hiring a dietician, personal trainer, therapist and even going back to Weight Watchers (but do have a limited budget)

Help please!

I am in the exact same boat and struggling to find answers or advice. I have been working out and mixing things up. I am terrified that I'm all done losing. :(
